Cindy Ford
President

Ms. Ford is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of executive management experience focused on sales, HR and administration. She joined Webworld Technologies in 2002. Ms. Ford became the majority owner of Webworld in 2009 assuming the role as President. She successfully certified the company as an 8a, SDB, and WOSB in 2010. She spearheads the strategic vision for Webworld and is driving quality assurance and process improvement initiatives throughout the company. Under her leadership, Webworld is expanding their technology offerings and partnerships with Microsoft, Sitecore as a CMS certified partner, and SecurDigital, a wireless, secured communications solutions provider. Ms. Ford is hands-on with her team to ensure innovative and cost effective technology solutions are provided that expand service offerings to the customer base Webworld’s clients service. 

Prior to joining Webworld, Ms. Ford  held key management positions in technology companies selling to the public sector, software manufacturers in accounting and business solutions, the MP3 industry and wireless communications. Ms. Ford began her government technology career in 1983 as one of the first employees at GTSI. She contributed to GTSI’s growth and a successful public offering over her ten year tenure.

Julie Mantis
Sr. Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Ms. Mantis is a dynamic leader who brings more than twenty-five years of progressive management success in sales, marketing and operations.  She has an extensive senior executive management career in both start-ups and large businesses primarily in the high tech industry. Ms. Mantis joined Webworld Technologies as the Sr. Vice President Strategic Initiatives. She provides guidance in building stable, scalable, profitable business units and sales organizations through strong leadership, organizational development, strategic marketing, services and technology solutions. She is certified in ITIL version 3.

Ms. Mantis began her technology career in 1984 as the 7themployee of government reseller GTSI. She spent twelve years at GTSI in sales and management positions including Vice President of Sales. Julie joined start-up Earthlink. in January of 1996 as the Vice President of Sales where she spent eight years as a sales and operations executive.  She spent several years as an executive consultant with JSM Consulting, a sales and management consulting practice specializing in the development and growth of sales and support organizations including business processes and technology initiatives.

 

 

Antony Cintron - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Cintron is an accomplished, Webby award winning, digital interactive marketing professional who has a passion for technology and an executive’s skill for planning and executing major projects for both large and international clients.

As Webworld Technologies’ Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Cintron is responsible for establishing and enforcing standard, repeatable processes to ensure Webworld’s technical deliverables are submitted on time and under budget and that they meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of our clients. He is also Webworld’s technical visionary and is guiding the company’s technology strategy in mobile and New Media initiatives.
 
His career includes working with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, a global firm that controls a number of major hotel chains including St. Regis, Westin and Sheraton, where he spent several years as their senior technologist.

  

 

Marc Johnson, PMP
Vice President, Federal Solutions

Mr. Johnson is a highly accomplished senior executive with demonstrated success in directing large high-level, strategic technology and software development initiatives for multi-billion dollar organizations in diverse industries.  Mr. Johnson brings extensive IT experience in both the public and private sector with a strong focus on project/program management, security, architecture, governance, fiscal restructuring, change management and business case analysis. As the Vice President of Federal Solutions for Webworld Technologies, he provides leadership in developing and directing the company’s growth strategy.

Prior to joining Webworld, Mr. Johnson served as a Senior Project Manager with a number of companies including Primescape, ATSC/Number Six and Keane Federal Systems.  
 
Mr. Johnson holds a Master’s Degree from Duke University, and both a B.S. and a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an IBM Certified Solution Designer - Rational Unified Process (RUP).
